Having something happen to your website will cause stress and concerns. Avoid this by having your site and files backed up regularly and keep your WordPress site and plugins updated. Prior to updating WordPress or any plugins do a complete backup.
Once a month, we do a complete site backup each month and send your files and database to Amazon S3. We go onto your site, make sure it’s being backed up, update WordPress versions, update plugins, make sure that everything is working after the upgrades and updates, and check on your site performance.
As a monthly maintenance customer, we consider you a priority customer. If you have an issue or a question we will hop right on it for you and if it is less than 15 minutes we will not charge you. But, even for maintenance clients, we are not responsible for fixing issues that arise on your site for any reason, even if the problem happens right after or because of an updates. Sometimes plugins stop working or there will be an incompatibility between versions or plugin updates that require us to troubleshoot. That is not covered by the $65.00 per month maintenance fee and is considered technical support.
This is Maintenance Not Tech Support
If you are having a problem with your site or want to change something on your site that takes more than 30 minutes to troubleshoot and correct, that is considered technical support and will be billed by the hour.
As a priority customer, if you have an issue or a question that we can take care of right away in 15 minutes or less, we are happy to assist you and answer your question or make small fixes to your site.
